DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
At Dhun, we strive to make the delivery and return of your rented musical instruments simple, reliable, and hassle-free.
1. Delivery Timeline
Once your booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, your order will be scheduled for delivery.
- Deliveries are generally completed within 24–48 hours, depending on instrument availability and your location.
- Same-day or urgent deliveries may be available in select locations, subject to availability and additional delivery charges.
2. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.
Any additional requests, including urgent delivery or delivery to remote locations, may attract additional charges.
3. Delivery Process
Before dispatch, every instrument is carefully inspected to ensure it is clean, fully functional, and in excellent condition.
At the time of delivery, customers may be required to:
- Present a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Confirm receipt of the instrument.
- Verify that the instrument is in satisfactory condition.
Once the instrument has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for its care remains with the customer until it is returned to Dhun.
4. Returns
Customers are required to return the instrument on the agreed return date and time.
Return pickups may be scheduled by contacting Dhun through WhatsApp, phone, or email. Pickup availability is subject to scheduling and location.
5. Inspection Upon Return
Every returned instrument undergoes a quality inspection.
The inspection includes checking the overall condition, functionality, cleanliness, and any visible damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Where necessary, photographs or videos may be recorded during the inspection.
6. Late Returns
Failure to return the instrument by the agreed return date will result in additional rental charges calculated at the applicable daily rental rate until the instrument is returned.
Any applicable charges may be deducted from the security deposit.
7. Damaged or Missing Instruments
If an instrument is returned damaged, incomplete, or is lost or stolen during the rental period, the customer shall be responsible for the applicable repair or replacement costs as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
